Last week we spoke to leaders from the DanceSafe WNC chapter, Hannah Procell and Shay Amill. DanceSafe is a national organization that traditionally has taken a role in the nightlife community to connect the community with harm reduction education and supplies. While COVID has temporarily halted the nightlife community and the traditional work DanceSafe would perform, the chapter is working with other organizations in the city to provide their resources and support for other demographics and vulnerable populations.
