** Vandiver ** – Live on 103.3 Asheville FM – Positive Vibes’ Early Morning Music Sessions – Tuesday, Oct. 18th from 9-10a * / www.ashevillefm.org

October 16, 2022 by DJ Smittymon

Join DJSmittymon this week as he welcomes local Asheville singer / songwriter..  Andrew Hammond aka “Vandiver”  for a live performance and talk on the Positive Vibes’ Early Morning Music Sessions..  happening this Tuesday, Oct. 18th – starts around 9am..  tune in – turn it up..  enjoy…   smittymon

Vandiver is the moniker of Appalachian singer/songwriter Andrew Hammond. From the foothills of Hall County, GA, Hammond found his musical beginnings in Brooklyn NY, creating a soulful, immersive, lyric-driven and often Avant approach to modern American Folk music.

Andrew’s powerful yet brittle vocal style has warmed and awed crowds in venues across the USA. Backed by drummer Kevin O’Connor of Portland’s Talkdemonic,

Vandiver seeks to package and expand that intimate, raw expression into a much larger vessel.

Check out his EP – “What May Rot”
