After nearly nine years on 103.3 Asheville FM, Life Out of Tunes will be coming to an end next month. The show began back in the fall of 2017 as a one-hour Monday afternoon experiment nestled between Kat’s Live Transmission and Sarah B’s Songs for Friends. A few months later it expanded to two hours, eventually stretched to three during the pandemic, and finally landed on Friday evenings. Including today Friday, June 12th, there are four shows left. Over the remaining weeks I might be revisiting some of my favorite moments. Thanks for sticking with me and never fear… I’ll sub for other hosts whenever I can.
